Delete your account & data

You can permanently delete your Thozhilly account and personal data at any time. There are two ways:

In the app (recommended)

• Open the Thozhilly app and sign in.
• Go to Account → Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.

If you no longer have the app

Email support@thozhilly.com from the address you signed in with, subject “Delete my account”. We verify ownership and delete within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile, service listing and membership.
• Your requests, quotes and ratings.
• Your verified phone number and Aadhaar verification record (we only ever stored the name and last 4 digits).
• Your Google/Apple sign-in link to Thozhilly.

What is retained, and why

Payment/transaction records (order id, amount, date) are retained for the period Indian tax law requires. These contain no contact details or Aadhaar information. See our Privacy Policy for details.
